خیمه نور

خیمه یا تنت نور به جعبه‌ای می‌ماند که دور تا دور و بدنه‌های آن با پارچه ملایم کننده‌ی سفید شفاف پوشیده شده و بسته است و فقط یک دریچه برای عبور دهانه‌ی لنز در یک طرف آن وجود دارد. معمولاً در خیمه‌ی نور هیچ‌گونه شکاف و روزنه ای وجود ندارد تا تصویر آن در شیء دیده نشود و از طرفی تصویر یک نواختی در سوژه ایجاد نماید.
در خیمه های نور محل عبور لنز دوربین برای عکاسی توسط شکاف تعبیه شده در جلوی خیمه‌ تعیین می‌شود. بدین صورت که شما با باز کردن شکاف در خیمه‌ی نور، امکان دسترسی به داخل آن جهت گذاشتن سوژه و با باز کردن آن جهت وارد کردن لنز خود را خواهید داشت. فلزات، ظروف، اشیای آینه‌وار و بازتاب‌ دهنده‌ی نور در خیمه‌ی نور عکاسی می‌شوند تا به جای منعکس کردن تصویر اشیای اطراف، تصویر دیواره‌ی اطراف خیمه را منعکس کنند.

باکس نور

باکس نور جعبه‌ای است که دور تا دور و بدنه‌های آن با پلاستیک یا پارچه ضخیم ملایم کننده‌ی سفید شفاف پوشیده شده و بسته است و فقط یک طرف آن برای قرار گرفتن دوربین باز است.
برای عکاسی از اشیای کوچکی که دارای خاصیت بازتاب زیادی نیستند، باکس نور وسیله‌ای مناسب و کم هزینه برای استفاده است.
